nobody wants to age. just eat healthy and get enough sleep and your body will be in tip top shape for as long as it can. The sun is responsible for 80% of premature wrinkles so don’t sun tan.
If you care about your appearance you will worry about it now! I started using Avon’s Anew anti aging products when I was 18. I have used them ever since with the occasional lapse between bottles. I am now 27, and NO ONE believes I am! Everyone puts me around 22….which is pretty SWEET! I ALWAYS moisturize, and STAY OUT OF THE SUN. Well….moderate exposure is ok…..but I never bake in the sun. THAT will age you. Drink water and live healthy!
i can tell you some things to avoid::the sun , alcoholic drinks , using drugs like meth and pot ,smoking tobacco ,and bad diet will age you faster. being happy with your life and your work will keep you young .
Don’t worry, that’s not good. Just take simple actions to keep your skin nice, soft and wrinkle free as much as possible. The obvious is protect yourself from the sun. My older cousin she’s in her earlies 50′s she looks like a leather glove, because in teens, and 20′s she would go on roasting in the sun events. She looks like my 90yrd grandmother. It’s not worth it.
First drink water min. 3 glasses a day to keep your skin hydrated. I use 2 products Preve extreme anti aging: http://www.isabellapelle.com/antiagingcream.html
For my eye area I use Extreme Eye Rescue http://www.isabellapelle.com/eyewrinklecream.html
I hope this helps you stay younger….;) like it has for me.
I agree with a lot of the other comments. Some basic things you should do that will help slow aging are: don’t stress too much, exercise often, get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water. Don’t smoke and don’t drink. This does affect skin condition later.
But truthfully there are so many factors that contribute to aging such as genes and your environment (smoggy, tropical, etc). However, there is an abundance of information and new products available. It’s just a matter of sorting through them.
One of the best preventative measure is to use sunscreen. Sun damage is the leading cause of premature wrinkling. I would suggest an antioxidant in your skin care routine to take care of free radicals. Free radicals affect collagen structure and lead to sagging skin.
Lastly, it is often it is a matter of trial and error. Every skin care product will work differently for each person. There is plenty of ingredients to choose from. Here is a site with lots of information about both commonly used ingredients and newly discovered ingredients: http://www.honestskincarereviews.com.
